FULFILLMENT POLICY

This Fulfillment Policy applies to all services offered by TradeorSwim and DMA Capital Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if a specific agreement between our company and the client includes a custom guarantee clause that was not fulfilled or met by our services. Refunds are otherwise not provided as this is a non-tangible service.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

We do not sell or ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally or through agreed-upon consulting arrangements. As such, there are no shipping methods, times, or rates applicable to our offerings.

Return Policy and Process

Since we do not provide physical goods, no return policy applies to our services. All terms and deliverables are outlined in the agreements we establish with each client.

Cancellation Policy

Our client agreements typically consist of a timeline commitment defined in each custom agreement. Most agreements require a two- or three-month initial working relationship. After this initial period, our agreements typically switch to a month-to-month engagement.

Clients must provide a written cancellation notice at least 14 days before the start of the next pay period to terminate services. Failure to provide this notice may result in the next pay period being billed as per the terms of the agreement.
